What's in store for Bravo Studio in 2023

2022 saw a huge amount of growth for us, something that we are very excited about! As a result, this year we have decided to reformulate our Bravo plans to accommodate our users’ varying needs, ensuring that everyone has a plan that’s suited to the stage they are at. Whether you are starting with a simple prototype or MVP, or are ready to launch an app for your business, we’ve got you covered!

Here are the upcoming updates and additions to Bravo Studio to look forward to.

Starting today, January 12th, 2023

Production Support

Right now, all of our Olé users have access to standard email and community support. Today we’re introducing Production Support to ensure that our customers have the support they need when their app is live or they have tight deadlines to meet:

• The Priority Support add-on- 1-1 Guidance sessions

What is Priority Support Add-on?

Olé users who purchase the Priority Support add-on can submit questions between 10 am-5 pm CET and will receive an answer on the same day (excluding bank holidays and holiday periods.) For questions received outside these core hours, we’ll get back to you on the next business day. If further investigation of an issue or escalation is needed, you will be notified and kept updated at all times.

This add-on has a set rate of €49/month

What are 1-1 Guidance sessions?

Would you rather get help on a video call? Our flexible 1-1 Guidance Sessions cover all areas of the app-building process and are designed to get you the answers you need as fast as possible. These guidance sessions are 30 minutes long and can be purchased individually or in packages:

1 to 1 sessions are available to Olé users and the pricing is as follows:

• 1 session: €99- 2 sessions: €189- 5 sessions: €449

Free plan updates

Not ready to pay for full access? That’s ok, we will always be committed to providing a free version of Bravo to individuals who are working on their own projects or just starting their businesses.

The other good news is that we have enhanced our free plan by adding some features that until now have been exclusive to Olé:

Free users will now have access to:

• Remote actions- Form binding- Maps binding- Conditional visibility

What else is changing?

Having carried out some research, we found that for many of our users just starting out, it was much easier to use Bravo Vision to test their app rather than the complexities that can come with publishing. That being said, from now on, we are implementing a ‘pay as you grow’ model, which means that free users will have to upgrade to Olé to generate a build/publish their app. This means that if you are currently in our free plan and have published apps, you will need to upgrade your account in order to continue updating them.

New app plan: Advanced

In 2022 we launched our first two app plans, Pro and Business. As we continuously built out and added features to these app plans, we found that there was an opportunity gap to offer even more flexibility to our users who weren’t quite ready for our Business App but wanted something more advanced than our Pro App.

What will be included in the upcoming Advanced App plan?

• All PRO features

• Chat

• Facebook Analytics

• Google Analytics

The new Advanced app will be available from February 1st, 2023 at €89 per month/app for those paying monthly or €890 app/year for those on the yearly plan (saving you 2 months.)
